The next restaurant I went to was Happy Lemon! Now before we get started, I want you to know that their mascot is (please yell this bit at the top of your lungs. If you get in trouble by your mom just tell them that you’re reading about bubble waffles!) SO CUTE! He is a little businessman wearing a lemon helmet!
Okay, I got off track. So, anyway Happy Lemon is a Boba place but that’s not what I went there for. I went there for the Bubble waffles. Bubble Waffles taste like Belgian waffles, except they are textured with little bubbles! The Bubble Waffles come with dipping sauces! The ones I tried were the salted cheese and the Taro Puff. The Salted Cheese was salty, and the Taro was a little salty but mainly sweet!
Just like at Boba Yes* they had games to play while you wait for your Boba and waffle. One of my favorite parts of the entire restaurant was that fun signs were on the shelf like, “Kind people are my kind of people” or “Me: I want to take a trip! My bank account: Where, to work?”. This restaurant is my kind of place and I would definitely recommend it! So, go on out there and “Try it With Wyatt!”!
