Indian Food at Bombay Brasserie
The next restaurant I ate at was Bombay Brasserie. Bombay Brasserie is an Indian food buffet. A buffet is a place where you grab a plate, go to all of these little stations that have different foods like meat, cheeses, chicken, salad, or in this case Indian food, and you load up your plate with whatever you want. My favorite food to eat there was there Vegetable Pakora. A Vegetable Pakora is little bits of vegetables served fried. They are so delicious!
They also have amazing Naan bread. Naan bread is Indian bread. (By the way I love bread!) If you’re more of a chicken lover, they have some great chicken dishes! Such as, Tandoori chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala. Finally, we come to the end of the meal. Everyone’s full and happy…but wait! You cannot leave the wonderful palace of food without getting your crown (AKA dessert)! Their dessert is a wonder to behold! It is Gulab Jamun and rice pudding. Gulab Jamun is almost like a donut hole, if the donut hole was covered in an almost honey tasting liquid. The rice pudding is, well… delicious rice pudding!
When you leave, there is a bowl full of a special thing that I would trade chicken tenders for in a heartbeat. It’s Fennel and small sugar cubes! Now you might be thinking “Fennel sounds like a plant!” and your right, it is a plant! To be specific, it’s a special kind of plant that when you chew it with the sugar it tastes like licorice!
This restaurant is an amazing place to eat and I would 100% recommend it. So, go down and “Try it With Wyatt!”
